Eligibility to apply for Start-up Visa Program
- Candidates must have a qualifying business
- Candidate must get a commitment from a designated entity ( assigned by Canada Immigration Officials) as a Commitment Certificate and Letter of Support;
- Candidate must showcase sufficient proficiency in English or French through the standardized testing process (Canadian Language Benchmark level 5)
- Candidate must have sufficient settlement funds (amounts updated each year)
